In addition, our licensed PE guides our team through processes to help project managers look ahead, make course corrections and manage projects with maximum efficiency.
At Comfort Systems USA Southwest, our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing the project delivery, including submittals, procurement of major equipment, subcontractors, project schedule, pull planning, billings, financial reporting and project closeout documentation. In order to accomplish these tasks to the best of their ability, all of our mechanical engineering Project Managers attend multilevel project management training which focuses on safety, submittals, scheduling, manpower management, communications, financials, quality control and soft skills training.
In addition, we have weekly onsite meetings with the project team to review all aspects of your project, ensuring we are staying on-track, on time and are delivering high quality work—because we’re in this long-term and want to guarantee our relationship with our valued partners is a positive one for years to come.
