This building is the fifth Industrial Distribution facility introduced to Goodyear by this large e-commerce customer, making them Goodyear’s largest employer. This facility supports its customer fulfillment network, creating 1,000 full-time jobs. The HVAC system utilizes distributed rooftop package heat pumps and air conditioners with electric heat. Our team showed up over a weekend to set the (51) rooftop packaged units on this 630,000 Sq. Ft. industrial warehouse. To assist with this large number of units, we enlisted the help of a helicopter to pick and set the units on the roof!
