When necessary and feasible, we implement a fast-track building construction strategy to start construction before the design is complete, shortening the timeline to get you up and running.
When timelines are tight, Comfort Systems USA Southwest can take the owner’s HVAC design intent and build a Revit or work in a collaborative Revit model to help assist in the design. We can then extract ductwork through a digital process and send it directly to the vendor to be delivered to the site. This also works for other systems. For example, we can extract the plumbing and piping to have it pre-fabricated in our shop to speed up the field install time.
