This ground-up building marks the innovative partnership between ASU, Wexford Science + Technology, and the City of Phoenix. The HVAC, Piping, and Plumbing services provided for the 250,000 SF of laboratory and office space helps support many opportunities to collaborate, improve academic research, and enhance performance in science and clinical trials. This facility is a place for discovery, advancement, and even the next cure for cancer.
