Project Description

This building is a reflection of its status as a school of global management, and as a part of Arizona State University, the number one school in innovation. The new 100,500 sq. ft., 6-story ASU Thunderbird School of Global Management Headquarters is the sixth ASU college headquartered on the Downtown Phoenix campus. The HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems support the 6-story building's space for classrooms, meetings, enclave, and office space and includes two levels for executive education, with rooftop function space. The HVAC equipment included in this project were (2) heating hot water boiler, (5) CHW and HHW pumps, (2) expansion tanks, and (4) Air handlers.

Out of the new Thunderbird Global HQ will come a network of leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs innovating and advancing inclusive and sustainable prosperity worldwide.
