Comfort Systems USA Southwest provided the HVAC, piping, and plumbing for the New Plan and Spec Maricopa County Intake, Transfer, and Release Facility. With a size of 449,000 Sq Ft., 2 floors, and a value of approximately $24 million in mechanical system installation, this was one of our most extensive projects. The MITR Detention Facility replaces Durango Jail and the 4th Ave Jail intake area. The layout allows law enforcement to spend less time in booking and more time patrolling streets.
