Comfort Systems USA Southwest provided the installation of the HVAC, Piping, and Plumbing systems for the new Scottsdale Entrada office building. Located at the northeast corner of 64th Street and McDowell Road, Scottsdale Entrada helps to revitalize a long-vacant 33-acre lot with a vibrant mixed-use campus, including apartment units, office space, retail, and ample public open space. Scottsdale Entrada is one of the largest mixed-use developments in the Phoenix area, integrating natural and urban living.
