Project Description

Fellowship Square, located in Surprise, is an Independent and Assisted Senior Living facility. Comfort Systems USA Southwest provided the HVAC system installation across (3) three-story buildings, a total of 350,000 Sq. Ft. The HVAC equipment included (2) water-cooled chillers, (2) cooling towers, a heat exchanger, (9) CW and CHW pumps, (2) expansion takes, and (2) air handlers.
