No matter how big or small the job, Chandler Lead Service Technician Ken Davies never provides anyone with the opportunity to lessen our customers' trust in CSUSA SW.
Ken has been at CSUSA SW since August 2011 and has been in the trade since 1986. He is a wealth of knowledge to his peers and customers.
He is likeable, approachable and conscientious, and truly cares about our customers and their buildings.
Ken recognizes that every maintenance or service call will have its obstacles, but we have never heard him say, "No, I can't do that."
If there's a particular piece of equipment he's unfamiliar with, he's not afraid to pull out his smartphone to do a little research or contact the manufacturer directly.
He'll do everything to get the customer through a weekend or until a part arrives.
Most recently, Ken was out on site at Airline Training Center of Arizona (Goodyear, Ariz.) when he noticed a problem late in the day that would require an extensive repair.
Normally, this would be a next day job, but Ken was able to obtain the required parts to get the customer's equipment operational by the end of the day.
Bret Borg, the property manager for Alaska Federal Credit Union (Glendale, Ariz.) is a longtime raving fan of Ken.
"Ken has been a rock solid and consistent performer for us over the years of changes at CSUSA SW," Borg said. "Don't lose this guy - He is AMAZING!"
When he's not delighting our customers, you can find Ken blazing the trails all over Arizona with his dirt bike or Jeep.
