Please join us in welcoming Eric Hale to the Comfort Systems USA Southwest Team!
He will be serving as our General Superintendent and will oversee and manage all field activities as they relate to manpower, material and methods of installation on each project. This includes training, supporting and evaluating all Field Superintendents and field employees under his direction.
"When we look for a Team member to fill a Leadership position it's not only important that they possess the technical expertise for the position, but they must have a can-do attitude," said President Joe Nichter. "Eric has demonstrated both traits and will be a good role model for our Culture of Accountability. I believe his strong background in the field and office will contribute greatly to the success of our Field Team."
Prior to joining the Southwest Team and becoming a part of our Culture of Accountability, Eric was the President at Kimmel Mechanical in Denver, CO, overseeing all field operations.
Eric cut his teeth in the mechanical industry throughout his 34 years at Kimmel, beginning as a plumbing apprentice in 1982 to a journeyman plumber/fitter in 1986. He supervised work in the field for three years and was fortunate to be given the opportunity to advance his career and start estimating using the QuickPen system. In 1991, he moved into the Plumbing and Piping Superintendent role. Three years later, he was given the position of Project Engineer and shortly after, became a Project Manager.
Eric on why Comfort Systems USA Southwest is the best place to work:
"The best part about Comfort is the people! The Team is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help, with a smile!"
Welcome to the Southwest family, Eric - We are thrilled to have you here, and know you will make many important contributions!
